These terms are an agreement between you and Bhargava Group Limited, owner of the KUNDALI brand. By creating an account, you accept them.
1. Who may use KUNDALI
You must be 18 or older to hold an account. When you register, you confirm your age and that the details you give are true.
2. Jyotish is guidance
A Kundali is a traditional map for reflection and self-understanding. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it does not predict events with certainty. Important decisions about health, money, law or relationships belong with you and qualified professionals.
3. Accuracy
We calculate charts carefully, using established astronomical methods and the Lahiri ayanamsa. A chart can only be as exact as the birth time and place you enter. Please check the place, coordinates and time zone we show before the chart is drawn.
4. Your account
Keep your sign-in secure. Each account may keep one chart of its own and one partner chart. Enter another person’s birth details only with their consent.
5. Sending and sharing
You can email your Kundali to yourself a few times a day, and share it with others twice a day. Shares reset at midnight in your time zone. Each share goes to one person you choose and carries your name. Do not use KUNDALI to send unwanted messages.
6. Fair use
Do not misuse KUNDALI: no automated access, scraping, attempts to break security, or use that harms the service or other people. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. What belongs to whom
The charts you create are yours to keep, print and share. The KUNDALI name, logo, design, text and software belong to Bhargava Group Limited.
8. Paid features
KUNDALI has no paid features today. If we ever add any, their price and terms will be shown clearly before you choose them.
9. Availability
We work to keep KUNDALI running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
10. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, Bhargava Group Limited is not liable for decisions made from a reading, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
11. Ending
You can delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we can.
12. Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada that apply there. Questions: support@kundali.ca.
