The moment and place of a birth are personal. We collect only what is needed to draw a Kundali, we never sell it, and you can delete it whenever you wish.
Who we are
KUNDALI (kundali.ca and the KUNDALI apps) is a brand of Bhargava Group Limited, 6A-170 The Donway W, Suite 1004, Toronto, ON M3C 2E8, Canada. Questions about privacy go to our Privacy Officer at support@kundali.ca.
What we collect

We do not collect payment details. We do not use your data for advertising, and we never sell or rent it.
Partner details
When you add a partner’s chart, you confirm that they have agreed to it. Their details are used only to draw their chart and the match, and are deleted with your account.
Who helps us run KUNDALI
These providers process data for us, under contract, only to provide the service:
- Clerk: sign-in and account security.
- Google, Apple or Meta (Facebook): only if you choose to sign in with them; they confirm who you are and share your name and email with us.
- Cloudflare: hosting, database and, with your consent, analytics.
- Resend: sending the emails and PDFs you request.
- GeoNames: receives only the place name you type, to find its location and time zone.
Your data may be stored or processed in Canada, the United States and other countries where these providers operate, with protections required by law.
How long we keep it
Your charts stay in your account until you delete them or your account. Email send records are kept 90 days and support messages 2 years. When you delete your account, everything tied to it is removed within 30 days, apart from what the law requires us to keep.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask to see, correct, download or delete your personal information, and withdraw consent at any time. Depending on where you live, you also have rights under Canada’s PIPEDA, Quebec’s Law 25, the EU and UK GDPR, or California’s CCPA, including the right to object to or restrict processing. Write to support@kundali.ca and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the privacy regulator where you live; in Canada, that is the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or the Commission d’accès à l’information in Quebec.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only the people who run KUNDALI can reach it, and only when needed to help you.
Age
KUNDALI accounts are for adults 18 and older.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect.
