Delete your account

You can delete your KUNDALI account and everything in it at any time. It cannot be undone.

What is deleted: your account and sign-in, your own chart, your partner’s chart, your saved PDFs, your preferences and your share history.

How to delete

1. On the website: sign in, open My Account, choose Delete account, and confirm.
2. In the app: open Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm.
3. If you cannot sign in: email support@kundali.ca from the address on your account, and we will confirm by reply before deleting.

When

Your account closes at once. All data tied to it is removed from our systems and our providers’ within 30 days. Records the law requires us to keep are held only as long as required.

Emails you shared before deleting stay with the people you sent them to.
